Ownership and Usage Rights

All photographs remain the joint property of the Photographer (Ryan Stanikk Photography) and the Client, unless full image rights have been purchased under a separate written agreement.

The Client may use the images freely for personal or business purposes -- including websites, social media, and marketing materials -- but may not sell, sub-licence or distribute the images for third-party commercial gain without prior written consent from the Photographer.

Portfolio and Promotional Use

The Photographer retains the right to use any images for promotional purposes, including portfolio display, social media, website galleries and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the shoot.

For sensitive or embargoed projects, written notice must be provided before the shoot if restrictions apply to the Photographer's right to share the images.

Copyright

Copyright in all images rests with Ryan Stanikk Photography. Where practical -- particularly on social media -- the Photographer requests acknowledgement or a credit tag to the work, though this is not a strict contractual requirement.

Gallery Access and Downloads

Online gallery access is provided for a reasonable period following delivery of the final images. The Client is responsible for downloading and backing up all images within this period. The Photographer accepts no liability for image loss after the access period has expired.

Image Integrity

Any alterations or edits made by the Client should maintain the integrity of the original work. Significant modifications that misrepresent the Photographer's style or quality are not permitted.
