I'm Ryan Stanikk, a portrait and headshot photographer based in Southampton, and I believe a good portrait is more than just a likeness -- it's about capturing personality. My goal is always to create images that feel natural, confident, and true to the individual. Whether it's a professional headshot for LinkedIn, a relaxed lifestyle portrait, or something more creative, I work with each person to put them at ease and bring out their best side. Lighting and composition play a huge part, but so does conversation and connection -- people open up when they feel comfortable, and that's when the most genuine images happen.

I photograph individuals, founders, teams and public figures across Hampshire and the UK, including Portsmouth, Winchester and London. I can shoot on location at your office, home or a venue, or set up a portable studio on site for consistent team headshots.
